Our newest custom home project is named View House because (you guessed it) of the expansive views you can see from its large, glass windows in the back. Located in East Boulder with distant mountain views to the west, this home offers spacious living areas, a great room, high ceilings and two outdoor living spaces on both the first and second floor.

The exterior consists of a natural limestone veneer with vertical grain hemlock fir siding and wire brushed semi-transparent stain. Balconies and railings are made of architectural grade steel with a patina finish.

The first floors of View House showcases a large, open kitchen and great room. The objective of the first floor was to make the large spaces flow easily from room to room. The kitchen opens up to a covered outdoor kitchen and sitting room that features a built-in barbecue, exterior fireplace and pass-thru window to the kitchen.

The second floor contains 4 bedrooms connected by a bridge that overlooks the great room. Another special amenity is an outdoor master suite balcony that features an exterior fireplace.

View House is scheduled to break ground in October 2017.
