The “Bus-Then-Bike” shelter, located in Boulder’s 14th Street Transit Center, advocates for the use of public transportation to scale down the thousands of commuters driving into Boulder each day from surrounding cities. The design utilizes the contemporary ‘urban double-stacker rack’ from high-tech bike solutions company Urban Racks, for easy and efficient storage of approximately 200-300 bikes.
