HQ was a 44,000 square foot tenant improvement designed to serve as the corporate headquarters for the broadcasting, marketing, creative and sales divisions of a Boulder-based company, while also striving to create a work environment and clubhouse that reflected the client’s creative energies and supported their technological innovations.
