The goal of the Via Broadway development was to create a mix of residential lofts and commercial offices while preserving and restoring the site’s historic Chapman House. The design solution resulted in seven unique residential lofts anchored by corporate law offices of an established Boulder law firm. The building wraps around the carefully restored and landmarked Chapman House, which now contains commercial offices.
