Inspired by the traditional Brownstones of New York City, the Broadway Brownstones offer a western interpretation of this famous architectural vernacular. The development includes seven units, totaling 16,000 square feet. Several upscale characteristics were incorporated, including a limestone, brick and zinc facade with upgraded sound insulation to subdue the busy Broadway traffic noise. Each two-story unit also features a private outdoor courtyard and two-car garage.
