Awarded NAHRO Affordable Housing Award and a Merit Award from the Colorado Chapter of the American Planning Association

Broadway East and Broadway West were two projects completed in partnership with Boulder Housing Partners. The Broadway West building is a new, 26-unit complex comprised of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom permanently affordable units. Broadway East consists of 44 residential units and occupies two-thirds of the Broadway Community Housing site, It was completely renovated through low-income tax credits. Broadway East had the lowest HERS rating of any Boulder Housing Partners project in 2010, and integrated an on-site Community Center for the I Have A Dream Foundation. The project came in 5.8% under budget and one month ahead of schedule.
