Flatiron Vista is an urban infill redevelopment project at the heart of Boulder, CO. Flatiron Vista was designed as a boutique collection of six residences that have unobstructed views of the Flatirons. Wrapped in metal siding, brick, and cedar; it commands the corner of Folsom & Spruce. The site straddles numerous land-use districts, which has resulted in the development of two attached units on the north end of the site and four attached townhouses on the south end. Each unit is curated with sleek modern finishes and materials that blend industrial and natural tones. The site provides pedestrian interest, human scale and building-forward design including ground-level entries, minimal setbacks and upper-level balconies addressing the street. The development provides both for-sale and for-rent units.
