Park Gables is an enclave of thirteen bungalow-style homes situated at the foot of Flagstaff Mountain and Boulder Creek. The development is a mix of both single-family and duplex homes, including three permanently affordable units. Each home features private outdoor space and a garage. Natural materials abound in the homes, such as matte-finish granite counters, recycled plank flooring and structural timber accents.
