S’Park Ciclo is a mixed-use structure comprised of 38 deed-restricted, permanently affordable 1-2-bedroom units situated above a floor of retail development and parking. Ciclo has received Enterprise Green Community certification, complies with the Boulder Green Points, and is powered by rooftop solar. The affordable residences are managed by Boulder Housing Partners.
