The development is powered by rooftop solar, and complies with Enterprise Green Communities and the City of Boulder Green Points. S’Park_west establishes a public/private partnership in creating a standalone, 100% affordable rental project adjacent to new market-rate rental housing, sharing in an amenity-rich urban development.
