This historic, 100-year-old house was converted into four three-bedroom apartments available for rent. The rental is located in Boulder’s University Hill neighborhood and is dedicated to off-campus student housing. The renovation project included gutting the interior spaces and adding a basement and third-floor unit, as well as covered decks and back entrances. At about 1,000 square feet in size, each unit has energy-efficient appliances, luxury vinyl flooring, a modern kitchen and upscale bathrooms.
