Wonderland Creek
Wonderland Creek is a 41-unit community featuring 1-3 bedroom townhouses with private garages, balconies and patios clustered around an intimate common area. It also includes four on-site permanently affordable units in association with Habitat for Humanity. The southwest portion of the project is dedicated to a natural preserve, which connects to the Wonderland Creek multi-use trail. Sustainable features include solar-powered units, energy efficient windows, high-efficiency appliances, tankless water heaters and ventilation resulting in an average HERS rating almost 50% below the required rating.
