Sopher Sparn Architects recently completed the addition of a new ADA compliant elevator and lobby remodel at the Historic Boulderado Hotel.  The insertion of the elevator into the historic 1909 structure required precise engineering and a comprehensive understanding of the historic building to seamlessly blend this modern amenity into the historic charm and character that defines the Boulderado.  In addition to the elevator Sopher Sparn created a new fireplace within the main lobby, relocated the hotel’s front desk to its original location, and remodeled several guest rooms.
