Boulder Creek Commons was a planned annex-able enclave consisting of 115 1-4 bedroom residences in attached and detached configurations. In addition, 50% was to be deed-restricted permanently affordable units, and 50% was to be middle-income market-rate units—a true mix of residential scale and incomes. The development was also intended to be Net Zero. While the development was slated to go before the Boulder City Planning Board in 2017, ultimately the project was pulled and did not advance further in the planning process.
