Sopher Sparn Architects brought the existing Silver Saddle Motel and Nuzum Gardens sites through annexation into the City of Boulder, the land marking of multiple historic buildings on the properties, and concept plan review. The western portion of the site includes market rate and affordable units, varying in size. The eastern site is the new home of September School, a small private high school in Boulder, operating since 1973.
