Sopher Sparn Architects completed the master planning and entitlement of The Province Student Living, a mixed-use four-story building with 84 units and a landmarked and renovated clubhouse and apartment office. The development also includes an underground parking garage. The Sopher Sparn team brought the project through concept plan review and site plan review, resulting in a Planning Board and Landmarks Design Review Committee approval. The project is located at the former site of the Boulder First Christian Church, a distinctive landmark in Boulder since its construction in 1961.
