Shared amenities include gardens, courtyards, a park, and a library, large kitchen and dining room, yoga studio, art studio and more. Washington Village earned a LEED for Neighborhood Development Silver Certification, which recognizes environmentally-sound building practices and the ability for residents to walk, bike or take public transportation to get to local businesses and services.
