Broadway Affordable Housing Awards!

Stephen Sparn Architects is proud to announce that our Broadway Affordable Housing project is the proud recipient of an Affordable Housing Project Award presented by the Colorado Nahro. The award honors efforts that reflect the mission of Nahro, which is to be the leading housing and community development advocate for the provision of adequate and affordable housing and strong, viable communities for all Americans.

The Broadway Community Housing Project also received an APA Colorado Outstanding Planning Project Merit Award. APA Colorado is an organization of professionals and citizen planners providing vision and leadership for the future development of Colorado communities.
