Project Update: Gemini

Gemini is a modern duplex located on west Pearl Street. Designed as twin geometries, the duplex is lifted with the primary spaces existing on the second level. The floor-to-ceiling glass will offer great views of the neighborhood and peeking Flatirons.

Check out the most recent photos of construction from a recent site visit. The super structure is now complete with the next steps being framing. Gemini is expected to be complete in Summer 2018.
