Project Update: Terra Nova

Located at the base of Flagstaff Mountain, Terra Nova is set on a steeply sloping lot overlooking the City of Boulder and Boulder Mountain Parks. Intentionally blending into the surrounding vernacular, this custom home contours to the hillside around it. The 3-story, 4-bedroom home features a secluded patio, roof deck with an outdoor fireplace, guest living quarters, gym and elevator. It is set to be completed next Spring.
