S'Park_west Grand Opening

Wednesday, May 9th, 2018 marked the official Grand Opening and ribbon-cutting of SPARK West, a 45-unit affordable housing complex in Boulder Junction in North Boulder. It’s one of the first phases of the entire SPARK development, an 11-acre mixed-use, mixed-income urban development project.

Sopher Sparn is designing three buildings/complexes—S’PARK West, Ciclo and Railyards. Ciclo will be the future home to Community Cycles, a non-profit organization of bicyclists and bike supporters. Railyards is an industrial-style, trackside commercial building that intends to offer retail, commercial and restaurant space. It will break ground later this summer. Stay tuned for updates!
