AIA Colorado North Honors SSArchitects
The AIA Colorado North chapter, recognized its 2012 architectural design and honor award winners Friday, September 7, at the Dairy Center for The Arts in Boulder, CO. In addition to the design awards, three honor awards were presented by the American Institute of Architects Colorado, north chapter 2012 President-Elect Jason Kersley, AIA, of RB+B Architects, Inc., in Fort Collins, Colo.
Architect of the Year C. Joseph Vigil, AIAWORKSHOP8, Inc. (Boulder, Colo.)
Firm of the Year Studio H:T (Boulder, Colo. and Denver)
25-Year Award Danforth Chapel at Colorado State University (Fort Collins, Colo.)
Eight award winners were selected from 30 entries, and were presented by jury chairman Stephen Dynia of of Stephen Dynia Architects, PC in Jackson, Wyoming. (Note: honor awards are the highest achievement, followed by merit, then citation.)
